5 Ingredient Wings

Ingredients: 

  • Chicken wings
  • Flour
  • Egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil (for frying)

Method:

  1. Wash the wings thoroughly before cooking.
  2. Coat each wing individually in flour.
  3. In a bowl of whisked egg, dip the wings so the flour is covered in egg.
  4. Roll these wings in breadcrumbs and make sure to get even coverage.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden brown.
  6. Serve immediately!
