Smoothie Lollies

Ingredients:

  • Pineapple, juiced
  • Alphonso mango, peeled and pieced
  • Banana, pieced

Method: 

  1. Blend the juice, mango, and banana until smooth.
  2. Pour into ice lolly moulds and put in the freezer until firm.
  3. When ready to eat, place moulds in a bowl of hot water for 10 seconds to easily pop out the lollies.
