- 3 carrots, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely sliced
- Noodles, cooked in boiling water
- 5 chicken seekh kebabs, cooked and cut into chunks
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp oil
- Heat the oil and fry the onions until soft – preferable in a wok. Add the salt and turmeric until well browned.
- Add the carrots into this wok and stir for a few minutes until softened. Stir in the chunks of chicken seekh.
- In the wok, mix in the noodles until all the flavours have combined, and serve hot.
