Chicken Seekh Noodles


  • 3 carrots, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely sliced
  • Noodles, cooked in boiling water
  • 5 chicken seekh kebabs, cooked and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt


  1. Heat the oil and fry the onions until soft – preferable in a wok. Add the salt and turmeric until well browned.
  2. Add the carrots into this wok and stir for a few minutes until softened. Stir in the chunks of chicken seekh.
  3. In the wok, mix in the noodles until all the flavours have combined, and serve hot.
